These terms describe the text messaging (SMS) program operated by LocalPopCard, a business of TTA Media Group LLC ("LocalPopCard," "we," "us," or "our"), in connection with localpopcard.com (the "Site"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in as described below, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
LocalPopCard sells category-exclusive advertising spots on plastic pop-out postcard mailers to small businesses in Lake County, Illinois. Our text messaging program sends transactional and customer-care messages to customers and prospects who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them — for example, reservation confirmations, design-proof notifications, payment confirmations, and order-status updates related to their advertising order.
2. How You Opt In (Consent)
You opt in to receive text messages from LocalPopCard through either of the following methods:
- Reservation form — When you reserve an advertising spot at localpopcard.com, the form includes a mobile phone field and a separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. You must affirmatively check that box to opt in. It is never checked by default, and checking it is not a condition of purchase.
- Customer portal — When you create or update your account in our customer portal, you may provide your mobile number and opt in to order-related text notifications.

3. Types of Messages You'll Receive
Messages are transactional and customer-care in nature, and may include:
- Reservation confirmations and spot-availability updates;
- Design-proof ready notifications and approval requests;
- Payment and invoice confirmations;
- Print, mailing, and delivery status updates; and
- Replies to questions you send us about your order.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order and account activity. You will generally receive messages only in response to actions on your order.
5. Cost / Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile carrier plan. LocalPopCard does not charge a fee to receive text messages.
6. Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the text messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through the reservation form or customer portal.

8. Privacy & Sharing
Your mobile information is never sold or shared for marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our services — such as customer service or messaging-platform providers — is limited to what is necessary to deliver the messages you have requested. 9. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change at any time, and message delivery is subject to carrier and device limitations.
